General Manager
Lead the venue from the floor. Manage high-volume weekend gigs, sports fixtures, wet/dry gross margins, wage budgets, and cellar excellence.
Job Spec
Key Focus
- Venue P&L, stock management, labor cost control, and supplier relationships.
- Floor leadership across packed live music nights and match days.
- Immaculate cellar maintenance, line cleaning, and dispense quality.
- Team development, recruitment, and upholding strict opening/closing standards.
Full-Time / Part-Time
£14.00 / hour
Experienced Kitchen Staff
Hold down the pass during high-volume rushes. Sourdough pizzas, dough balls, and match-day food with sharp ticket times and high standards.
Job Spec
Key Focus
- High-speed ticket execution during band intervals and match surges.
- Fresh prep, sourdough handling, oven operation, and stock rotation.
- Food safety, allergen logs, and impeccable section hygiene.
Flexible Shifts
£14.00 / hour
Kitchen + Bar Combi Staff
The ultimate all-rounder. Sourdough pizza pass on some shifts; front-of-house stout pouring, banter, and speed on others.

- Seamlessly flex between commercial kitchen prep and busy bar service.
- Maintain clean glassware and swift dispense out front; spotless prep out back.
- High-energy, positive team player during busy music nights.
