Nortons Digbeth is looking for an experienced, passionate, and charismatic Head Bartender to lead our dynamic bar team. Located on Meriden Street in Digbeth’s Irish Quarter, Nortons is Birmingham’s premier venue for authentic live Irish music, major GAA matchdays, and high-volume weekend events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead front-of-house bar operations during high-energy weekend services and major events.
• Ensure standard-setting cellar management and the absolute highest quality pint of Guinness in the city.
• Train, mentor, and motivate bar staff across cocktail prep, speed of service, and warm hospitality.
• Maintain immaculate cleanliness and health & safety compliance across all service wells.
