Artisan Pizza Chef / Line Cook

We are seeking a talented and hardworking Pizza Chef / Line Cook to join our garden kitchen team. You will prepare high-quality, authentic sourdough pizzas, seasonal toppings, and hearty weekend brunch items in a fast-paced, friendly kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hand-stretch and stone-bake fresh sourdough pizzas at high speed during peak weekend rushes.
• Manage dough fermentation, daily prep, sauce production, and ingredient rotation.
• Maintain strict food hygiene, temperature logs, and kitchen sanitation standards.
• Coordinate with front-of-house team to ensure rapid order turnaround times.
